"Helpful once I figured it out"
Manychat has been useful for our small shop. It lets us sort followers based on what they click, so we can send replies that feel a bit more relevant. The setup took me longer than I expected, and some of the menus still feel confusing, but once it’s working it kind of makes sense. I wouldn’t say it’s perfect, but the segmentation has been good for us, so I guess that means it’s doing the job.

I’ve been using Manychat for my online store, it’s been useful. The cart reminders and quick replies do help bring some customers back, and getting it set up wasn’t too painful. That said, changing flows can feel more confusing than it probably needs to be, like they sort of expect you to already know where everything is. Still, it saves me a lot of time with messages and order questions. It’s a good tool overall, just takes a bit of patience

I ran into a small issue while setting things up , and support got back to me faster than I expected . It took a couple of messages to get everything sorted , but the response time was good . Not perfect , but I’m happy enough with how it turned out

"Pretty good for simple bots, but gets a little messy"
I used Manychat to put together a basic chatbot, i had the main flow working faster than I expected. I think I set most of it up while drinking coffee on a Tuesday morning, which was nice. The drag-and-drop builder is handy and makes the first setup feel easy, but once my bot started getting a bit bigger, everything began to feel kind of cluttered. A few settings were not where I thought they would be, so I ended up clicking around a lot and redoing a couple of parts. It is not a bad tool at all, especially for simple stuff, but I do wish it felt smoother and easier to manage once the flow grows.

"Reliable overall, but communication could be clearer"
I’ve been using manychat for a while now, and it’s been reliable. My messages go out when they’re supposed to, and I haven’t really dealt with any major downtime or anything that made me panic.

That said, I do get annoyed sometimes because the communication around certain features or changes isn’t always super clear. I’ve had to click around more than I’d like to figure things out, but once I do, the platform works well. For everyday automation, it’s been dependable.

"Useful integrations, but a little frustrating at times"
The integrations are definitely handy, and when they work smoothly it feels great. That said, a few of the connections felt kind of clunky and needed more setup than I was in the mood for. Zapier worked okay overall, but I did run into a couple random sync delays that were a bit annoying.

I’ve been using Manychat for my small shop for a few months now, it’s been solid. The biggest thing for me is that it doesn’t constantly glitch or get in the way when I’m trying to reply to customers or keep my flows running.

I think I had one odd delay happen once, but it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t really affect anything. I don’t expect every tool to be flawless all the time, so as long as the little hiccups are rare, I’m fine with it.

Compared to a few other tools I’ve tried, Manychat feels a lot more stable and less frustrating. It helps me save time instead of creating more work, which is pretty much what I needed. Easy 5 stars from me.

"Great deliverability and easy to use"
I’ve been using Manychat for a while now, and the best part for me is the message deliverability. My broadcasts and automations usually go out quickly, and people actually receive them, which, uh, wasn’t always the case with some other tools I tried. It’s not perfect in every tiny detail, but for sending updates and replies without having to stress about it, it does the job really well. It’s also easy enough to use. I’d recommend it if deliverability is important to you

So... the live chat feature is handy when it’s working, but getting it set up was more confusing than I expected. Replies also lagged a bit sometimes, which got frustrating. It’s fine for basic use, but overall it wasn’t as smooth as I hoped it would be.

I signed up and had my account set up quickly. The steps were clear enough, and I didn’t really get stuck, which doesn’t always happen for me. I still like having a bit of reassurance that I’m doing things the right way, but so far it feels simple and not like a big hassle.

"Flexible and genuinely useful"
I’ve been using manychat for a bit now, and the thing I like most is how flexible the workflows are. I can throw together something simple for quick replies, or build out more detailed flows when I need to, and it never really feels limiting. Making changes later is painless too, which is a big deal when you’re constantly tweaking things... It did take me a little while to figure out where everything was, but once it clicked, it started saving me a ton of manual work. Overall, I’m really happy with it.

"Super helpful documentation"
I’d give Manychat 5 stars mainly because the documentation has saved me a lot of time. I’m not the most technical person, but the guides are clear and don’t feel overwhelming. I was able to figure out setup, automations, and a few smaller issues without having to reach out to support every time. A few pages could probably use more examples, but overall it’s been really helpful and easy to search. I’d definitely recommend it if you want something that’s manageable to learn on your own

I started out using Manychat when things were small, i figured I might have to switch once traffic picked up. But why fix something that keeps working, right? As the number of chats and flows grew, it handled everything without turning into a huge headache
